The date code is IV-45. It is in nice condition with black enamel finish. In size, it measures roughly 5 by 1 12 inches in cross section, and is 4 3/4 tall, not counting the terminals or mounting bolts. It is marked 10 MF, and good testing at 10.56 MCF with my meter.
