It is rated at 4 MFD, and good, testing 3.981 MFD with my meter. It has a bright Western Electric decal. The top is marked 744, likely the date code, 1944. I was able to scratch some of it off read the model number after took original photos, so have added that photo.

It has some strange tape on all four sides. I would assume someone will know how to clean it properly. It measures roughly 1 3/8 by 5/8 inches in cross section, and is 3 7/8 tall, not counting the terminals. You are buying on a Western Electric type160797 oil condenser.
